1. Is the default Apple [Mail] app installed?
Pennyworth relies on the default [Mail] app to send emails. If this app is missing, reinstalling it should resolve the export issue.
2. Set the iPhone's default mail app to Apple's "Mail"
If you've set a third-party app as your default mail app on the iPhone, switching it back to the standard "Mail" app may fix the problem.
3. Are there unsent emails in your [Mail] app's 'Outbox'?
A buildup of unsent emails can interfere with CSV exporting. Open [Mail] and refresh to send any pending emails.
4. Are your email account settings correct?
