# Why do Ads still appear after purchasing Remove Ads?

Thank you for your purchase.

The issue may be due to the credit card transaction not being processed immediately.

### **1. Please use the restore purchase function to remove ads again.**

**※ Go to Pennyworth's settings > Remove Ads > Restore Purchases**

※ Restoring purchases will not result in an additional charge.

### 2. If restoring the purchase doesn't solve the problem, please check if the order is still \[Processing].

Please check your purchase history to see if it shows the status \[Processing].

If it is \[Processing], it means the transaction has not been completed yet. You need to wait for the transaction to complete **then perform the restore purchase**.

### 3. If the issue is not with your credit card, please ensure that the Apple ID used for the purchase is the same as the Apple ID used to install this app.
