Why do Ads still appear after purchasing Remove Ads?

The issue may be due to the credit card transaction not being processed immediately.

1. Please use the restore purchase function to remove ads again.

※ Go to Pennyworth's settings > Remove Ads > Restore Purchases

※ Restoring purchases will not result in an additional charge.

2. If restoring the purchase doesn't solve the problem, please check if the order is still [Processing].

Please check your purchase history to see if it shows the status [Processing].

If it is [Processing], it means the transaction has not been completed yet. You need to wait for the transaction to complete then perform the restore purchase.

3. If the issue is not with your credit card, please ensure that the Apple ID used for the purchase is the same as the Apple ID used to install this app.
